Fixed the download

Guess I should've tested the download earlier, because my browser detected it as a virus when I went to try it just now. Fun!

Anyway, it seems zipping the exe with 7-Zip was the issue, not sure why but it's also happened for other people. I instead used the default zip tool in File Explorer and the download seems fine now. You may still get the unknown publisher warning when trying to run the executable, however. Not sure there's a way around that without some licensing shenanigans.
